What is Spiritual Energy Healing?
Spiritual Energy Healing is connecting with your power source, the “bigger” you
and the Ultimate Power in the Universe, Source/God/Creator and releasing
energies, vibrations and other blocks that you are holding onto (many times
these are unconsciously) to living your life the way that you want.
There are many techniques that can be labeled as a spiritual energy healing
method. I utilize many forms myself such as Reiki, Into This Moment Energetics,
Theta Healing
and others.
In each session, however, I utilize the Serenity Vibration Healing technique
which is truly a tool for our time. Serenity Vibration Healing has proved to me
to be the fastest and most efficient way of healing and releasing anything.
How do I know if I should have this work?
Take a quick inventory of your life. Is everything working as you would like it
to? Relationships, finances, physical body, spiritual growth, self-esteem,
self-image, fulfilling work and any other category you can think of. If you find
that there is even one area you would like to make changes, then you could
benefit from spiritual energy healing.
I believe in empowerment—your empowerment. After you have your inventory simply
take a look within yourself and ask “Would this work benefit me at this time?”
and honor the guidance you receive.

How can I prepare for a session?
I suggest that you make a list of the things that you would like to work on and
simply sit with it and think about how it has affected your life so far.
Directly before the session find a quiet spot, just relax and get
comfortable. Also, make sure to have plenty of water on hand - feel free sip
away during the session because it is important to stay hydrated!
What can I work on during a session?
You can work on anything that you feel needs healing or attention in your life.
You will be co-creating with the Creator/God/Source during your session and that
power is infinite.
Of course, spiritual energy healing does not claim to “cure”
because that is a word reserved for the medical profession and these sessions
are not a substitute for medical care. This act of co-creating with
Source/God/Creator through the Serenity Vibration Healing technique is a very,
very specialized form of prayer, un-like any other.
What will I experience during a session?
This is a difficult question to answer because each person has a unique mind,
body and spirit. Some people notice energy shifts, warm or cool sensations, a
“goose bump” feeling or nothing at all. Even people who don’t feel anything
during a session usually notice differences in how they feel and think the weeks
following a session.
How many sessions will I need?
This will depend on the individual and what you are looking for. Some people will feel so wonderful after a session that they’ll
only choose one session. Others may feel the need for multiple sessions.
I believe that the Spiritual Energy Healing of Serenity Vibration Healing is the
fastest healing technique available and many people will feel relief with just one or two
sessions.
When you are specifically working on physical issues the amount of time needed to assist will
depend on the emotional/mental/spiritual issues that have contributed to the
physical manifestation. Sometimes these things are quick and simple, other times
they are deeply layered and you’ll work at it a layer at a time.
It is important that you commit to yourself and your personal growth in addition
to any spiritual energy healing work that you are receiving. After a
session it is up to you to keep your thoughts and intentions focused on wellness
your own healing and personal expansion to receive the greatest benefit.
Will I experience any side affects?
There are no side effects with the Serenity Vibration Healing technique! Many
people familiar with spiritual energy healing have heard of a “healing crisis”
that sometimes occurs through other systems.
With Serenity Vibration Healing you are co-creating your healing with the
Creator and the whole of you, the Creator will work with your energy so that the
release is filled with ease and grace—causing no side affect to you.
There is no reason that symptoms should get worse before they get better and
many alternative therapies suggest that a side effect is necessary, this is not
the case with Serenity Vibration Healing!
What is “Distant Energy Healing”?
Distant Healing is a term used to describe spiritual energy healing from a
distance. Since energy is not bound by space (or time) you do not need to be
physically present with the practitioner to receive the benefits of the session.
That is why it is ideal to utilize phone sessions. You can be in your space and
be comfortable and receive energetic assistance, no need to travel and you can
easily relax yourself before and after the session.
Since spiritual energy healing connects with your soul and the
Creator/Source/God, anything is possible – including receiving a spiritual
energy healing session over the telephone!
Will Spiritual Energy Healing interfere with my spiritual or religious views?
Spiritual Energy Healing can be utilized by anyone with any spiritual or
religious view. This work is spiritual in nature, but it is not a religion or
spiritual school.
What if I don’t believe in God, can I still receive a Spiritual Energy
Healing?
Yes, we are not here to force you to believe in anything. Just let us know
before your session what your believe system is and we’ll use language to
accommodate you.
How long is a typical session?
I usually recommend an hour session. However, after working together you’ll get
a sense of what can be accomplished and how much time you’ll need and you can
schedule for a short as 15 minute or as long as two hours, depending on your
needs.
How much does a phone session cost?
All phone sessions (Spiritual Energy Healing, Destiny Coaching and Ascension
Activation sessions) cost $120/hour.
